Recruitment Continues at Next Home
The key to delivering great results is to recruit the right people and ensure whatever they are doing they feel passionately about. Over 2013-2014 we have had some amazing additions to the team. All of which we can be proud to say have contributed massively to our success. Without them we could not be Number 1.

Arlene Anderson

Arlene now heads up our incredibly busy lettings department which runs throughout Perthshire. Already with a strong background in letting, Arlene was the obvious choice when it came to providing our customers with the very best in service and experience. Landlords all over Perthshire are choosing to use our services simply because when they hand their property over to Arlene’s department they can be guaranteed a hassle free experience. From let only to fully managed we can now offer a market leading product to match our estate agency.

Kevin McGillivray

Kevin started at Next Home as a Sales Negotiator and has quickly established himself into a more senior role leading the Perth team because of his ability to achieve exceptional sales results. September 2013 he was promoted to Valuer and has had a fabulous year setting new standards in customer service. Kevin’s keen eye for detail has been the key to his sales success. Our clients love his enthusiasm and preparation when consulting them on property. But it is his delivery which is second to none in the Perthshire market. His average selling time is 7 weeks with property prices ranging from £60,000 up to over half a million. He has also averagely achieved within 3% of the asking price and delivered 20 closing dates in 2014.

Ashley Thomson

Already a very experienced Estate agent and excellent all-round negotiator, Ashley joined Next Home because of our reputation for being the very best in Perthshire. We were delighted to welcome her and already knew our customers were gaining yet another top professional estate agent with a passion for sales. Ashley’s background was drenched in property as her father was a local builder with an excellent reputation and her husband is a senior local surveyor with what we believe is the best surveyors in Perthshire. Over the past year Ashley has achieved an average selling time of 8 weeks and within 2% of the asking price. Ashley has also managed to achieve over 12 closing dates in 2014. Ashley also heads up our New Homes section and looks to increase the opportunity for local reputable builders to work closer with Next Home in 2015.

Zoe Grant

Zoe took up her new position as a Sales Negotiator here at Next Home in 2014. Her previous roles included Office junior, then Property co-ordinator and property marketing co-ordinator. Zoe then subsequently gained her qualifications through the NAEA and embraced her new role looking after clients and selling homes. Very quickly her organisation made her an asset to Next Home and soon her clients were singing her praises for delivering some exceptional sales. Over 2014 Zoe has sold over 115 properties.
