What are friends for?

All you have to do is tell a friend, who is currently trying to sell or thinking of selling their property,or interested in mortgage advice about Next Home. When the sale completes we will pay you £100.

Actually, they don’t even have to be a friend! You can point anyone you know in our direction, work colleagues, long lost aunts we would be delighted to help.

It doesn’t matter where their property is located in Perthshire as we sell properties extremely quickly throughout the region.

How does it work?

All you need to do is complete the required details below and we’ll do all the rest. Your friend will be under no obligation whatsoever. We will contact them with details of how we can help and send them out some reading material in the post. They can then make a pressure free decision in their own time.

As soon as the sale completes we will send a cheque for £100 out to you in the post.

What will you get for your trouble?

£100 when the property sells… and a happy friend!

There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer. You can tell as many people as you want and earn a tidy sum.
